Care Notes Reveiwers: review and summarize Care Notes for the church newsletter that offer guidance to those in the midst of difficult life circumstances.

Columbarium Team: manages, publicizes and maintains the physical and financial aspects of the Columbarium in the chapel.

Funeral Receptions Team: supports the family through the funeral and coordinates the funeral reception plans with the family and the church.

Grief Ministry Team: follows up with the bereaved family for at least a year with phone calls and reference materials.

GriefShare Ministry: supports those who are grieving through a series of educational and inspirational videos and small group discussion. Visit the GriefShare page.

Hospital, Nursing Home, and Homebound Visitors: alternate visiting the hospitalized each day of the week and call upon the sick, the homebound, and those in long term nursing care.

Stephen Ministers: are called and trained to offer extended one on one care giving to individuals in the midst of painful transitions such as job loss, divorce, the death of a loved one, and other times of need.
